GoBEBA Return Policy for Gas and Water

At GoBEBA, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that are genuine and safe. We do this while maintaining an exceptional level of service. In the rare event that you need to return a product, please review our return policy for cooking gas and water products below:

Timeframe for returns:

Gas returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Water returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Eligibility criteria:

Returns are accepted for water bottles with leakages or if the product is faulty
Returns are accepted for gas cylinders that are defective or have leakages, or if the product is faulty.
The cooking gas should not be used and cannot vary by more than 0.1 KG from the original weight.

Return procedure:

Contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the issue.
Provide your order number, details of the leakage or fault, and any supporting photographs if available.
Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process.

Replacement:

If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement.
Replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

General Return Guidelines:

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

What do I do in the event of a Gas leak?
1. Detect a leak from the smell of LPG Gas

2. Put off any matches, cooker burners and any other flames.

3. Turn off the regulator and remove the regulator from the cylinder valve

4. Do not switch ON or OFF any electrical appliances, light switches or use cell phones – as they may create a spark which would ignite the leaking Gas and cause a fire.

5. Open all doors and windows

6. Evacuate the cylinder outdoors to an open space only if it safe to do so

7. Leave the house immediately and inform your neighbors.
